Time TBD. \n This will be a long and physical day\, so please make sure that you have had breakfast BEFORE you get to the Chamber. Snacks and drinks will be provided half way through the course experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes!! No open toe shoes\, jewelry\, short shorts\, or loose clothing. Please wear a t-shirt and shorts. You will be very uncomfortable in short shorts once you put on your harness. You may bring sunscreen and/or bug spray. Your cell phones need to be left at home or in the car that brings you to Stony Ranch! Student's phones will not be permitted on the course\, but an adult leader will have one at all times in case of an emergency. For the safety of all involved\, it is vital to pay attention to and adhere to all Ropes course guides and guidelines.
