Event Description

Leadership Colleyville, founded in 1987 is a community leadership development program created to bring together a group of emerging community and business leaders and provide a structured forum that enables them to learn about Colleyville and work together for its future.

Primary Objectives of Leadership Colleyville

To identify and motivate potential leaders
To provide information of government, schools, businesses, and community life
To assist participants in identifying community life
To foster a higher level of civic and community concerns and activity

September 16 - Orientation
October 2 - Ropes Course
October 14 - Social Services
November 11 - Local Government
December 9 - Health & Education
January 13 - Transportation
February 10 - Arts & Culture
March 10 - Economic Development
April 12 - Simulated Society(Tuesday, not Thursday)

Tuition for Leadership Colleyville is $600. Monthly meetings are held from 1:00-7:00pm on the second Thursday of the month.

Date/Time Information

September 1st is the deadline for application submission. Please send your completed application packet to the Chamber for review. You will be notified on or before September 10th as to your acceptance into the program.
