Show & Tell

Dear Business Leaders,

It is with great excitement that we invite you to the next SHOW&TELL event Wednesday October 12 from 11:00-1:00 at the Hurst Conference Center!  We had so much fun at the last Show & Tell that we are taking it to a new level! 

We will have another amazing lunch and time to get up and promote your business!   This time we will have enough Showcase Tables for anyone who would like to promote their business.  We will have the showcase tables open prior to lunch and after everyone has finished presenting their 1 minute commercial.  If you would like to have a Showcase Table we would suggest bringing a second person with you.  You can have one person staffing your table while you are networking.   As we grow the event we will need to put some rules in place to keep everything running smoothly.

Here are the guidelines:

1)  Instead of being industry specific, we will open this event to all businesses in our community. (Limited to 50 total)  We want each participant to have access to all businesses. 

2)  Instead of buying "Lunch", your $15.00 will purchase your 1 minute time slot to present your business.  (You automatically get lunch with your $15.00 purchase) 

We understand that some of you represent more than 1 business.  If you would like to promote more than your primary business, then you will simply purchase a time slot for each one minute time period.  You must represent the business(es) for which you register.

3)  Market tables are available for anyone who would like one!  Bring your brochures, display items...anything to promote your business!  Tables are $50.00.  They will be open before and after lunch.  Bring someone to help you market your business!  (additional lunches are $15.00)

4)  Slide show "commercials" will be available.  There will be a power point presentation scrolling throughout the event.  You may have your business name and logo on the screen for $1.00 per second.  (Example:  a 10 second time slot will be $10.00, etc)   The spot will continue to roll throughout the event but you will only be charged once.
