DESCRIPTION:The city of Colleyville cordially invites you to participate in our 2016 Annual Open House & State of the City.  The meeting will be held Thursday\, Jan. 28\, 2015 at Colleyville Center\, 5301 Riverwalk Drive.  Designed as a one-stop information resource for residents\, the Open House will consist of information tables staffed by city departments\, displays about city projects\, as well as information provided by Colleyville community groups.  The Open House begins at 6:00 p.m.\, followed by the State of the City at 7:00 p.m.\n\n \n\nWe welcome your group to be a participant in the evening by hosting a table about your group's purpose\, activities\, and events. There is no charge to participate\; however\, reservations are required. Reservations are due no later than noon on Monday\, Jan. 26\, 2015.\n\n \n\nIf you choose to participate\, please note the following:\n\n \n\n \n\n	         On the day of the event\, table set-up begins at 4:30 p.m. and must be completed by 5:45 p.m.  The table for your group will be assigned and will be identified by a tent card with your community group/department name on it.  Space for each community group/department is limited. A table and two chairs will be provided (at no charge).\n\n \n\n \n\n	         A representative from each community group must be present in your space from 6:00   7:00 p.m. and also be available after the State of the City.\n\n \n\nTo make your reservation\, please contact Joyceinne Williams at jwilliams@colleyville.com or 817.503.1111.
