7th Annual Run for Rescue Colleyville

The 2016, 7th Annual Run for Rescue Colleyville will take place on Saturday morning, April 9 with the 1 Mile Fun Run starting at 8:00am and the 5K at 8:30am. The run starts and ends at First United Methodist Church of Colleyville. Proceeds benefit the Child Rescue Centre in Bo Sierra Leone.

Run for Rescue is a great race for all levels of runners and walkers. We have some very fast runners (very), some great teams, lots of runners who keep their hand in by running regularly, and quite a few people that make this their one race per year. We also have folks that bring their dogs, run with strollers – some of whom are very fast, and others that enjoy a good walk.

After the race, participants feast on a free pancake breakfast while enjoying live music, children’s activities, a silent auction door prizes and the awards ceremony.

We have a good time and support a very important cause. So put us on your calendar join us and support the Child Rescue Center!
