"I've been with Stretch Lab for 3 years. I helped the owner with his first studio in Southlake advancing from a Flexologist, to a Lead Flexologist to now General Manager.
I received my personal training certification from Cooper Institute and did personal and group training for several years before transitioning full time to StretchLab.
I also have a certification for Complete Corrective Exercise and am currently working on my continued education and certification of Understanding the Muscle and Movement and Fundamentals of Structure and Movement.
I love to help people feel better, have more body awareness and enjoy life more pain-free through improved range of motion."
