All Existing Patients:Donate a youth size basketball and receive a FREE adjustment on April 2nd
All New Patients:
Donate a youth size basketball between March 23 through April 4th and receive an initial office visit, which includes a personal consultation/case history, examination and x-rays if needed.
Basketballs will be donated to a local school
Can donate $20 to the cause instead of a ball.
