Join us at MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza Co in Euless Texas, where we will be hosting a Neapolitan pizza cooking class like no other in the DFW Metroplex.

Our staff will host this hands on making experience which allows you to learn about the process of dough making, stretching and cooking on our Acunto Napoli wood fired ovens.  Our workshops will allow you to learn from our pizzaioli how to make dough, create and shape dough, and how to cook pizza in a wood fired oven. 

Enjoy tastings of our meats and cheeses, beer or wine and of course some of  our Neapolitan pizzas!
