Sandra has worked in the theatre, events & restaurant industries for over 20 years in New York City, Houston, Los Angeles, and now Dallas. She has built her experience by working on & off Broadway, at Stages Repertory Theatre, Art Attack and The George R. Brown Convention Center. She owned a production company in Los Angeles, and in Dallas built her restaurant repertoire at Sissy’s Southern Kitchen, Cane Rosso, The Adolphus & The French Room and finally at Ferrari’s Italian Villa & Chop House.
Sandra has been involved in the MPI D/FW Chapter for several years – chairing two galas, earning the awards for Special Events of the Year in 2019, Rising Star of the Year in 2020 and the President’s Award in 2021. For the 2022-2023 term Sandra was the President of the MPI D/FW chapter, leading members through a year of great change and growth.
