The Colleyville Woman’s Club will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 8th at the Colleyville Center. Social time will begin at 9:30 am and the meeting will commence at 10:00 am. The program will be given by Melanie Gable. As a survivor of a random act of violence, Melanie Gable has had the honor of sharing her personal experiences with different business groups, educational institutions and religious organizations across the country. She shares how an unexpected moment of terror, led to countless miracles that saved her life and continue to bless her today. Her experiences have helped inspire people to struggle through personal pains and challenges that life brings. Additionally, she shares her beliefs that the world is full of eager, positive people who are truly anxious to help one another in times of need. Her story has been published in national magazines such as Family Circle, Redbook, Angels Magazine, and Health and Fitness Magazine.
