Iva Mishra is the Senior Managing Partner with her Multifamily investing company, Blue Ocean Capital. Iva is also a certified business coach. She resides in the DFW area with her husband and two children. Iva is very involved in her community with numerous leadership roles within the chamber, schools and the business sector.  

In commercial real estate since 1999, and armed with proven negotiation tactics, Ms. Smith specializes in representing Business Owners to locate and negotiate the lease for their businesses: Office, Industrial, and Retail.  Additionally, Julie represents Buyers, both Owner-Occupants as well as Inventors for Office, Industrial, and Retail properties.

As a native Texan living in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area since early childhood, Julie is well acquainted with the local landscape. Julie’s laid-back nature, combined with her professionalism, creativity, and head for numbers and strategy, bring to her clients a diligent, detailed, forward-thinking negotiator.

Scott Sharp serves as consummate fitness professional operating a Volofit in Colleyville with expansion plans to include 20 DFW locations.  In a prior life, Scott developed his business prowess as a bank and FinTech professional, where he applied more than 25 years of community banking and banking software development experience.  Most recently serving as DFW Area Developer for Volofit & Founder of RegulatoryData, Scott spent his entire career immersed in banking software and information technology and security roles through his banks and banking software company. A recent medical scare shifted his focus into the fitness and nutrition arena, but an eye on technology services is never far from his sights.
