This is a sit down event, but no one is required to stay the whole two hours.
There will be an instruction to wine and several bottles will be poured for you to try over the course of the two hours. The hope is everyone has fun and wants to participate the whole 2 hours, yet it is not required.
There will be meat and cheese trays, so it is suggested to eat a light dinner before or after.
