Here’s the lowdown… come March 2nd and March 4th we’re doing a 4 course Bacon and Beer dinner with Community Beer Co. to celebrate Texas Independence Day. Still not sold? 1st Course
Poached Teriyaki Pork Belly
Pairing: Community Witbier Belgian-Style White Ale
2nd Course
Smoked Pork Belly
Served over fresh mozzarella and fried green tomato then topped with honey and balsamic reduction
Pairing: Community Public Ale English-Style Ale
3rd Course
Bacon Wrapped Seared Sea Scallops
Served over jalapeno cheese grits
Pairing: Community Citra Slice IPA
4th Course
Bacon Bourbon Bread Pudding
Topped with Heritage Distilling’s Brown Sugar Bourbon and crunchy bacon bits
Pairing: Community Cocoa Bueno Mexican Chocolate Stout
